Hispanic Heritage Month

September 15th to October 15th

At Enjoué Studio, embracing heritage and bringing special touches into your celebration is at the heart of what we do. We find significance in meaningful traditions and how we might transform their importance into thoughtful design and style. This month we are honored to feature an editorial styled shoot "Hermosas Flores" and share a few alluring images from this blissful day.

The inspiration behind our design comes from Latin America with accents of black, lace, engraved silver, amber glasses, soft muted florals, contrasting deep blue, ornamental details, and top-shelf tequilas all in one story. Honoring each person's culture and traditions cultivates significance. Creating each beautiful touch through celebration is what brings us joy!

We Are Excited About a

New Season at Enjoué Studio!

The sweet peaches of late summer have come and gone, and now the golden days are waning. With each season we can be thankful for new growth and the experience it brings. Fall is now upon us and we are reminiscing about the beautiful wedding these plates were featured in @martha_weddings (September Issue - "A Dreamy Sherbet Color Palette"...). We thought you would be inspired by these plates for the next season to come. Each of the four plate patterns depicts a sophisticated and elegant change of the seasons. The two below are of Spring and Summer. Fall and Winter are also beautiful with changes in the landscape and subtle colors.

This limited-edition collection consists of four different patterns with birds, flora, and fauna. Each design was first created by a French artist, Felix Bracquemond in the late 19th century. The Haviland Company later recreated a portion of the original artwork into the Limoges Wild Bird Plate Collection. We are thrilled to be able to share them with you today. The design is truly timeless, pairs well with modern tableware, and can be used for any season.

Also paired with these lovely show plates are other items from our curated tableware rentals. For this event, we combined the Limoges Wild Bird plate with our Emma L'Adore Limoge plates, also made in France by a four-generation American porcelain company. The feminine fluted edges and the delicate gold leaf pattern complemented the other china service needs for this five-course chef-prepared meal. For another special touch, the chef used our Skandia Matte Gold Spoons as an individual hors d'oeuvres bite and we provided our petite cloches for a pre-set first course cheese course. These extra presentations were a creative response for our guest's safety in light of COVID adjustments, and also they added a beautiful personal touch to the table!

A Celebration of Royal Craftsmanship and Timeless Design, Two Hundred and Forty-five years in the Making.

Here at Enjoue, our greatest goal is to curate every element of design as an embodiment of our namesake; playful, cheerful, vivacious, and overjoyed. We feel gleeful obsession for the rare and enduringly chic pieces offered to our clients and love nothing more than using them to tell a story of celebration, connection, and elegance – your story! Though it is usually finished designs garnering the most ooh’s and aah’s, we wanted to take some time this month to individually highlight the precious pieces that heighten the sophistication and artistry of our events, beginning with our prized and beloved Royal Copenhagen Dishes.

Royal Copenhagen began in the year 1775 as the Royal Porcelain Factory under the order of Juliane Marie, the Queen of Denmark, who commissioned the dishes exclusively for use of the royal family. As centuries progressed, the quality of the production process remained steadfast. Legendarily hand-painted on the finest porcelain by highly skilled Royal Copenhagen craftsmen with precisely 1,197 brushstrokes applied to form the intricate chrysanthemum inspired pattern, these treasures are a relic of royal opulence and cultural history.

Though their historical importance and global status as symbols of refinement, fine dining, and luxury are impressive, it is their timeless versatility and aesthetic brilliance that holds our gaze. The painting technique on the delicate flowering highly complements the ancient technique of Scandinavian Rosemaling and communicates the spirit of the color blue, which, according to the expertise of Royal Copenhagen, “...is the color of love, symbolizing fidelity and secrecy. It is a color coveted by royals, loved by poets, desired by artists. Blue has innumerable shades and nuances.”. How dreamy!

Our featured collection of Royal Copenhagen dishes captures the very essence of good design; effortlessly memorable, fresh, modern, and playful with a reverence for history, tradition, and fairytales. With patterns easily mixed to create a stunning table setting, they pair beautifully with our additional inventory and are sure to please all aesthetics. If you are a prospective or current client interested in learning more about incorporating royally approved table settings for your event.
